The dollar store had several chemicals with the name LA 's totally awesome. Which exact chemical were you using?

cleaning liquid (contains Sodium Hydroxide) 8, NA 1760, PGII, ERG#154, Corrosive liquid Bleach is one of the main ingredients of this Cleansol BC. Look up the Material Safety Data Sheet

LA totally awesome it's fantastic on gutters and soffits in downspouts. Makes it with a drop or two of dishwashing detergent and warm water. I like two parts water to one part LA. Spray it on and let it sit for 2 minutes then lightly scrub and spray a bit more where needed. Comes out perfectly white

Extra tip for the home owner wanting to softwash their home, cover your door locks with a piece of painter's tape. If bleach gets sprayed inside of the locks, you may end up having to replace your door locks. Good idea to also cover any electrical outlets. Better safe than sorry. Great video

Soon as you said, I made thousands of dollars with this automatically says it was worth it. It might not be perfect, but it will make you money. FYI, they make a charger that plugs right into the wiring harness so you do not have to remove the battery to charge it.
